As of February 28, 2018, we will no longer offer the Wynne Big Advantage on vehicle purchases. All customers who purchased a vehicle on or before February 28, 2018 who are currently enrolled in the program will continue to receive all of the benefits so long as they follow the guidelines.

Lifetime Oil and
Filter Changes

Oil and filter changes are complimentary. Simply follow the manufacturer's service and maintenance recommendations at one of the Wynne dealerships.

Lifetime State

Simply bring in your vehicle to one of our Wynne dealerships and we will inspect it.

Lifetime Engines

Your engine is guaranteed in your new or certified pre-owned vehicle as long as you own the vehicle. Simply follow the manufacturer's service and maintenance recommendations and have your vehicle serviced at one of the Wynne dealerships.

Lifetime Tires

Your tires are guaranteed on your new or pre-owned vehicle as long as you own the vehicle. Simply follow the tire manufacturer's service and maintenance recommendations at one of the Wynne dealerships.

Four tires will be allowed once every 50,000 miles.

Lifetime Parts &
Service Guarantee

If you get your car serviced at Wynne and a genuine manufacturer's part that we replaced fails, we will replace the part and provide labor at no additional cost. Failures due to abuse or wear are excluded.


Towing is sometimes needed and Wynne will arrange to tow your vehicle to a Wynne service department for repairs. This service is offered for as long as you own the vehicle.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get the free tires?

We'll cover the cost of four new tires every 50,000 miles that you put on your car. All you need to do is schedule a service appointment, and we'll replace all four tires with tires that are equal value to the ones that came with your car. 

Can I pick different tires?

If you want special tires that cost more, such as larger tires, we'll give you a credit that is equal to the cost of your standard tires and you can pay the difference. We stock a large variety of tires, but if you do want different tires, we recommend you call ahead to make sure we have exactly what you want in stock.

Are mounting and balancing included for free when I get my tires?


What if I need a new tire before I've hit the 50,000 mile mark?

If you need to replace a tire one or two at a time, that's fine with us! If you get a flat, you have the option to replace it as one of your four tires for that 50,000 mile window. If you prefer, you can also replace it yourself and then replace all four tires together later. 

Can I come in any time in my 50,000 mile window and get my tires replaced?

Yes, but your tires must be worn or damaged enough that the need for replacement is justified. For replacement, your tires must meet one of the following conditions:

Have been driven for approximately 50,000 miles

Have tread that is worn to 3/32nds of an inch

Have damage, such as a hole or dry rot 

We try to be conscious of the environmental impact of tire replacement and disposal, so we don't want to be disposing of perfectly good tires that aren't worn or damaged!

Can I keep my old tires when you replace them?

No, we dispose of your old tires when we replace them.

What if I can't get my car in for service exactly on time?

We give you a grace period of one month or 1,000 miles for your service and maintenance recommendations. If you know you're going to be deployed, out of town or unable to bring your car in for service on the due date, you can schedule an appointment early. If you're coming up on recommended maintenance and you're planning a long road trip, you can also bring your vehicle in for service early.

If your car is parked within 10 miles of one of our locations, we can pick up your car for service and drop it off when it's done. 

Make sure you schedule your appointment - if you miss a maintenance recommendation by more than a month or more than 1,000 miles, you'll lose the Wynne Big Advantage!

What if I'm on deployment or I'm more than 10 miles away and I just can't make it to the dealership?

Give us a call and we'll see what we can do. But please don't wait until the last day of the one-month grace period to call - the sooner we know you need special assistance, the more likely we'll be able to help!

How do I know when it's time to bring my car in for service?

Maintenance schedules are based on time and mileage. Many cars will notify you when it's time for service, especially newer models. You can also check your owner's manual. 

What do I need to do when it's time to replace my tires or get recommended service?

Just give our Service department a call to schedule an appointment, or you can book an appointment online

Does this include normal wear and tear?

We'll cover genuine manufacturer's parts, but normal wear and tear isn't included. Parts that normally wear down over time through normal use, such as brake pads, aren't included in the Wynne Big Advantage.

What if I need to change my oil more often than every 3,000 miles because I drive on dirt roads or tow a boat, trailer or camper?

The Wynne Big Advantage covers one oil change every 3,000 miles. If you need to change your oil more frequently due to towing heavy loads or driving in severe conditions, you will have to cover the cost of your additional oil changes.

Doesn't my car already have a warranty?

The Wynne Big Advantage gives you additional coverage that continues after warranties and extended service plans expire. We'll cover any repairs under existing warranties and service plans until they expire. For example, if something goes wrong with your car's engine, we'll fix it under your existing warranty coverage first. If it needs repairs or replacement in the future, we'll cover that under the Wynne Big Advantage.

Are diesel vehicles included in the Wynne Big Advantage?

Yes! The free oil changes included in the Wynne Big Advantage can add up to a huge savings if you drive a diesel vehicle. 

Does the Wynne Big Advantage cover breakdowns or emergency repairs?

The Wynne Big Advantage covers routine maintenance, not emergency repairs. If your car breaks down, you don't have to come to us to fix it - but we certainly hope you will! We have locations in Hampton and Virginia Beach, and we offer free towing within 25 miles of one of our locations.

What if I get into an accident or my vehicle floods? Does the Wynne Big Advantage cover repairs for events like that?

No. If your car has damage from an event like a car crash, a flood, a fire, an electrical fire or meltdown, freezing, vandalism or theft, or other hazards that are normally covered by insurance, contact your insurance company first. We can still make repairs as part of your insurance claim, they just aren't part of the Wynne Big Advantage.

Do I have to come back to the same location where I bought my car for service?

No. As long as you bring your vehicle to a Wynne dealership for service, you can choose the location that is most convenient for you. If you bought your vehicle at our Ford store in Hampton, you can take it to our Virginia Beach store for service, or vice versa!

Can I get the Wynne Big Advantage if I'm buying a vehicle with an A, X, Z or D plan?

If you're buying a vehicle on an A, X, Z or D plan, factory guidelines unfortunately prohibit us from giving you the Wynne Big Advantage for free. If you're using one of these plans to buy a vehicle, we can add the Wynne Big Advantage for a $400 flat fee, which is still an awesome deal!

What's in it for you? What's the catch?

There's no catch! As long as you stick to your maintenance schedule, it's a win-Wynne situation. With the Wynne Big Advantage, most drivers spend under $500 on service and maintenance over the life of their car. 

We know bringing your car in for service can be inconvenient, but we try to make it as smooth as possible by offering the following:

Free towing within 25 miles of one of our locations

Online appointment scheduling

Military and first responder discounts on parts and services not already included in the Wynne Big Advantage

What kind of things would void my participation in the Wynne Big Advantage?

Some of the most common ways to void the Wynne Big Advantage include:

Missing or delaying recommended maintenance/service by more than one month or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first

Getting routine maintenance somewhere other than one of our dealership locations

Adding boosters or accessories to your engine

Putting improper fluids in your vehicle, such as putting regular gasoline into a diesel vehicle

Continuing to drive your car when you know something is wrong with it
