While Ford has certainly made the performance potency of the new 2017 Raptor known, how it handles in real world driving conditions remains a question mark for some. The video doesn’t just show what the Raptor can do, but puts its spec sheet to the test and address concerns drivers might have about the new tech. For example, many worried that a lightweight steel frame would bend under extreme torment, but that’s not the case in the least. Better yet, it’s faster than the outgoing truck, while also being more efficient (but let’s be real, an efficient off-road truck isn’t on the wish lists of many), and the wide power band provided by the twin-turbo V6 makes it quicker off the line.
